Velo Press Zinn and the Art of Road Bike Maintenance Book 5th Edition

Very comprehensive details on bike maintenance There seemed to be an implicit assumption however that anyone buying them book would alraedy know what the more technical parts of a bike are called. It should be useful although Im find myself using Google to first work out what a drivetrain is made up of things along those lines.;

Really the best book I’ve been able to find for overall bike maintenance and I’ve borrowed maybe 15 different ones from modern libraries trying to find a good book. Covers both the simple items as well as more complex repairs. There are tons of sources on the internet but having it all in one place and readily at hand to search thru was well worth the $20 price. As I said would have much preferred a soft copy but for some reason that has not been published.;

Excellent details regarding all bike components. Written for both the bike newbie and the pro. You pick the level you want to learn at;

basic a little arcane and not completely understandable but helpful. No color or photo illustrations.;

I know there is YOuTube and other apps but having a book to read is fantastic!! Really helpful;
