This means going above and beyond our typical protocol to ensure your satisfaction. In other words, let’s throw policy out the window and talk out a solution that works best for you.
365 Cycles is an authorized dealer for everything we sell. That means all new items you buy from us get the full manufacturer's warranty. If you need to have an issue considered for warranty, contact us through email, chat or phone (603-968-5797) and our trained customer service agents will go straight to work to find you the easiest and fastest solution. In most cases, your claim is resolved within 48 hours.
Shipping & Handling
Most orders placed during the workweek before 12:00 PM ship the same day, but during peak/holiday season or depending on inventory location handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, please contact us before placing the order. There is a direct signature requirement for all orders over $500.
- Cut off for SAME DAY SHIPPING - 12:00 pm EST Monday - Friday
- Friday afternoon - Sunday orders ship the following Monday

- Expedited: 2-4 days
- Express: 1-2 days
- Local Pickup: 1-3 days depending on local inventory
Shipments Outside the US
- Customs and import fees are not covered.
- Orders shipped with International First Class service may take up to 6 weeks. Delivery time on average is 2-4 weeks, but please expect that if US customs or your country’s customs clearance delays the package then we ask that you wait a full 6 weeks. Your cooperation with inquiring with your local customs office on its arrival is appreciated.

We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests but we do not guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has been processed through our warehouse. Your understanding of this matter is appreciated.
The prices on our website are set to active pricing. This means we are always giving you the best price possible. If we are able to lower the price because of product or shipping discounts we are receiving then we will pass that onto you. Prices may fluctuate and we do not offer a Price Guarantee so if the price changes after you have made a purchase there will not be a refund issued. The purchase price is accurate for the time you placed the order.

We have a 30-day return policy for orders within the US (lower 48 States only). We offer refunds on returned items that are brand new and in their undamaged, original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A pre-paid return label will be provided for you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once we process the return.
Damaged, installed, and used items as well as those without original packaging are eligible for returns, but will only receive a partial refund.
Return orders must be shipped in a box or bubble mailer. Items shipped without an outer box will incur a restocking fee.
