My front mech wouldn't shift down to the small ring. Removal and cleaning didn't really improve matters. So down-shift was done with the right front toe. But eventually it got so it wouldn't shift up to the big ring which is a significantly bigger problem.

After more attempts at adjustment cleaning and lubricating I gave up and ordered a new derailleur. Now I can shift again! Still not really sure what went wrong with the old one but happy I can shift again.;

Took the 2016 SORA off and replaced it with this Tiagra.
Should have done way before - crisp front shifting!
BTW - works great with the 2017 SORA shifters.;
