          Diese Frage stelle ich mir bei jedem neuen Marathon Satz. Obwohl die Teile, weil nur 26'', ohne Stauchung im Karton transportiert worden sind, ist immer mindestens ein Reifen garantiert am eiern...

          Selbiges Phänomen auch bei meinen anderen "Marathon Tour E".

          Da es sich zwar um einen ärgerlichen optischen Makel handelt, aber zu keinen spürbaren Unwuchten bei der Fahrt führt (auch nicht bergab mit 60km/h), ziehe ich mal nur einen Stern ab, weil die Produktreihe ansonsten zu überzeugen weiß:
          - hohe Laufruhe
          - keine Instabilität/Flattern bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten
          - niedrige Abrollgeräusche auf Asphalt (kein Rattern).
          - höchster Pannenschutz
          - stabile/steife Reifenflanken (wohl einer der Hauptgründe, weshalb man die Teile nicht rund fertigen kann).
          - wahrscheinlich lange Haltbarkeit, weil je lauter, desto mehr Abrieb.
          - Leuchtband erspart Notwendigkeit von zusätzlichen Reflektoren in den Laufrädern.

          Neutral:
          - hohes Gewicht. Unerheblich, weil ja kein Rennradreifen.;

          Ich fahre die Mäntel jetzt seit ca. 3 Monaten und habe seit dem auch nicht ein einziges Mal einen Platten gehabt! Hatte zuvor ein vergleichbares Modell von Kenda gefahren und hatte dort trotz angeblich enthaltener Zusatzeinlage mindestens 1x pro Woche nen Platten. Ich lege jeden Tag eine Strecke von ca. 50 km mit dem Rad zurück und das auch hauptsächlich durch Stadtgebiete wo gerne mal Glasscheiben rumliegen. Ich habe vorgestern einen Splitter von ca. 1 cm Länge aus dem Hinterrad entfernt welcher ca. 0,5 cm tief im Mantel steckte. Ich habe zwar nicht erwartet, dass der Mantel dem standhalten würde aber selbst einen derart tiefen Einstich hat er problemlos überstanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Spurlage. Bei grobgepflasterten Belag zieht der Lenker immer wieder gerade also ob er einen in der Spur halten wollen würde! Aber das wäre auch schon alles. Ansonsten ein TOP Produkt!!!;

          These things are awesome I say indestructible but I put these on my trek 850 and went on the Fullerton Trail Loop in CA with cantilever brakes and a 3 x 7 group set set and didn’t die and due to the puncture resistance I haven’t had to change out the tubes in over four monthsOr whenever I purchased these;
