The ACS3 kit was installed with a green coil for my 195 pounds riding weight along with the HC97 charger damper upgrade. I do trail and bike park and I couldn't get my 2018 lyric RC to have really good small bump sensitivity. My fork need it a rebuild and i decided to invest that money on this upgrades and i could not be happier. On my first ride i actually thought i had a front flat the grip is unreal and now small roots and rocks are gone. Surprisingly climbing as been help because of this. Trail or bike bike big hits rocks what ever you throw at it the coil feel and performance is been insanely good. So good in fact that it let me to purchased Push Elevensix rear shock for my Nomad. If you don't mind a little minimal extra weight the performance of the coil is the ticket and Push customer service as been outstanding.
