Bonjourno!

I love my new Corsair 2 shoes. I scoured for a laced wide SPD shoe just like this and only found the dial option. First ride was an 85mi/8k' beefy gravel bikepack overnight to and in Snoqualmie Pass. Not the roughest but a reasonable trial. Perfect beefy gravel with hike a bike, bikepacking shoe that doesn't require bringing a camp sandal or...ugh...Crocs.

Minus one star: somewhere near the end ONLY the tiny piece that frees the dial to loose - just that little ramp/ratchet stop piece - fell out of the dial assembly on my right shoe. Not impossible to get my right foot out of the shoe without the option to loosen but far also non functional.
15 retry errors later on the Northwave contact us form leaves me writing this review and reaching out to 365, as Northwave terms direct customers to do. Still looking for a part or a solution at this point.
