Nalgene Sustain Water Bottle - 32oz, Wide Mouth, Aubergine

I’m unsure if this is a good thing or bad however this container design does not use a rubber sealing gasket at the lid. It’s very well made durable and leak proof however it feels so simple in design that I’m left feeling it’s mid-quality. The top strap is a nice touch for holding on to the container.;

This is a very nice and easy to use water bottle. The only problem that I had with the water bottle. When I received it the water bottle had like 4 different stickers on it. I know one was product identification from Amazon but the others from the manufacturer. How annoying! I get a new water bottle and I have to carefully peel off a bunch of stickers then wash it. The water bottle is nice and it works really well other than the stickers it's just an annoying little detail that I didn't really care for.;

My family and I have owned many Nalgene bottles over the years a lot of which we still have and use on a daily basis and love that that are made right here in the USA! This Nalgene Sustain Tritan Wide Mouth BPA-Free Water Bottle Made From 50% Certified Recycled Content is a welcome addition and is also made in the USA.

As with the other Nalgene bottles I have experienced no leaks. The bottle does not impart any weird tastes nor does it have any odor. Nalgene is a brand I've used and trusted for years.

The bottle feels smooth and silky to the touch it holds a lot of water it is capable of holding both cold and warm beverages and the wide mouth makes it easy to add large cubes of ice and allows for quick and easy cleaning. It is dishwasher-safe making it even easier to clean and maintain. It’s also a nice color!

As a side note this 32-ounce bottle fits inside Nalgene's 32-ounce sleeves some of which are completely insulated. I like that the sleeves also keep my Nalgene bottles scratch-free.

In summary this is another winner by Nalgene and I am happy to recommend it. 5 stars!;

This water bottle is so well thought out and so well made and durable - exactly what you'd expect from Nalgene. It is easy to clean and the wide mouth makes it easy to drink and fill. The lid has a tether so you never lose it and it flawlessly rotates on the tether to make unscrewing the lid effortless. This large size is perfect for a long outing.;

The Nalgene Tritan wide mouth BPA-free bottle is a well made 32 ounce bottle.

My bottle was cerulean blue in color with yellow lettering. The bottle has large mouth and a screw on cap. The cap is connected to the lower bottle by a plastic tether so that you do not lose it. So long as you screw on the cap firmly the cap closes tightly enough that you could throw this bottle into your backpack and it would not leak.

The bottle is made out of BPA-free Triton plastic and with 50% recycled content. This is about as simple as a bottle could be. There is no insulation no rubberized grip no vacuum seal no handle. This is a minimalist water bottle that does what a water bottle is supposed to do. Given that it is made out of Triton plastic it can hold beverages from -40 to 212 F. That said given that there is no insulation the bottle will not stay either hot or cold for prolonged periods of time.

The bottle has a wide mouth and is therefore easy to clean with a simple bottle brush. It has a good thickness and is incredibly sturdy and well made.

If you are looking for a simple water bottle this one will fit the bill. Recommended.;
