Wasn't easy to install for myself but company was very quick to respond and provided quality assistance needed to pair my garmin watch.

May need to download a driver from garmin extract and apply it to use on windows 10/11;

I bought this to use an older Garmin HR strap with my exercise bike on Zwift. I plugged it into a USB slot on a Windows 10 laptop and it self installed. When I opened Zwift and searched for HR monitor it found my Garmin watch and the HR strap who doesn't like options? And at $29 it was cheaper than buying a new HR strap that utilized Bluetooth LE.;
