These are my first entry point into the world of clipless pedals. It literally took me 1 minute to figure out how to clip in and out easily. I thought it was gonna take a few rides to figure it out but it was sooooo much easier than I thought it would be. It takes a very small rotation of the heels to the outside to unclip. I feel like I will now have the extra power but still the ability to get a foot out if needed during the ride. BUY THESE they are worth it!

These cleats give you a feel that's very close to the release angle & float of Shimano while using the Mallet or Mallet E pedals. They loosen up quickly so they really aren't a zero degree float and the 10 degree release angle is just right. These are the cleats that should come standard with the pedals.
