Nice pedal for the price. The engagement is not as positive as Shimano pedals I’ve used. But I like the look value and versatility of these pedals;

I installed this pedals on my vintage bike project so that I can take a relaxed ride to the town center on platforms but also go for clipped 25-mile performance ride. If you are using new cleats on your shoes you will need a few rides to break the in. I also tried them with my older mtb shoes and they clipped easily.
