Used for one winter season. I exchange these often with clipless pedals depending on the surface and how much Im going to be coming off my fat bike. The dished area around the center of the spindle allows me to use these with my normal cycling shoes or boots with cleats and have no interference between the cleat and the center of the pedal. Love not having to mess with my shoes when I change pedals.;
