So here is the review I was looking for but no one I saw was clear enough with the information I was looking for. I updated from 29 inch knobby mountain bike tires to these 29 inch slick tires. Riding on my usual flat terrain the new tires allowed me to ride 1 gear faster at all times except steep hills which seemed the same. This new speed is nice. Occasionally it even felt I might be able to go more than 1 gear faster on average. Thank me profusely for my important review.;
