1st issue is that the top mount 4mm bolt was so damn tight that it snapped and I had to extract and replace it. Also the steerer tube is too short for pretty much any newer cruiser bike so make sure you measure. I ended up having to chop it up and modify it to make it work but man what a hassle.;

Bolt that holds the piece that holds the springs was over tightened and had to cut it off to get it on.;
