I bought this to use with a 110BCD road bike crank as a single front chainring in a 1x10 drivetrain (with a SLX rear derailleur). The combo work perfectly on my hybrid bike. Put about 300 miles on it so far and haven't got any chain drop.;

The SRAM 38t ring fits and runs quietly and smoothly. I can recommend it. I use it in a 1X10 set up as the only front chain ring and the chain stays well seated in all gears.;
