Most orders placed during the workweek before 1:00 PM Eastern time ship the same day, but during peak/holiday season or depending on inventory location handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before placing the order. There is a direct signature requirement for all orders over $500.
We provide the you the ability to utilize multiple shipping & billing addresses, based upon what fits your current needs. However you are responsible to maintain and update any new address changes, as 365 Cycles will not be held liable for orders being shipped to an incorrect address.

This whole process has been a complete disaster. The front brake came defective. The bleed screw stripped out. I was using a torque wrench with proper settings. Then fluid started leaking behind one of the pistons. On the back brake the detent broke on the contact adjuster wheel so it would just freely spin without the “clicks” holding it in place. All of this happened before I even took my bike off the stand. Never even got to use them. 365 cycles response was horrible. There was no, “ how can we make this better?” Or “let us make things right and take care of our customers, we’ll send you another set out” I would have gladly paid the return shipping. Their answer was well…we’ll have to contact SRAM for a warrantee. I’m like what?!!! You just sold me a crappy defective product and you want me to deal with the warranty? Just be warned if you buy from 365cycles and something happens. They will not take care of their customers or make it right. You can’t call them so you just play email tag over and over again. It’s been a complete nightmare. I will never buy from them again.
AMAZING brakes - wow! Huge upgrade - not very heavy but insane braking power. I also like that SRAM moved to mineral oil - much better than DOT.
