Not all mounting tabs were included. Fenders were dirty but all four of them were in box;

Wasn't too hard to install and works well. I spent about an hour on the weekend installing it.

Update: I road home through the rain and puddles and works as expected. No more muddy backs and legs now.;

I've bought these fenders for Specialized Allez 2020, which is an entry level Specialized road bike. Allez has special holes for fenders on the wheel forks, close to the axles, and the fenders even come with compatible screws. So, technically, there are two ways to install these fenders: using either these special holes or the wheel axles. Unfortunately, these fenders are not compatible with the first way of installation. The screw holes are located far enough from the axle, to make front fender not fit at all, and the rear fender to be lifted too much above the wheel, making it look unpleasant.
So, you can install the fenders fit only at the axles. In this case, they fit well. It does take some time to tweak them in such a way that they don't rub the wheel. The downside of this method is that if you need to take a wheel off the bike for some reason (cleaning, replacing the tube, repair), you'll have to remove the fender as well. It is not the end of the world, but I wish they could be installed at the fender screw holes.
Besides that issue, the fenders are light weight, look sleek, and I am very happy with them.;

I got my first set of these at REI and then when I ran over a stick and the back one broke when the stick got sucked up the wheel I knew I was getting another replacement. They have good coverage on your wheels and get very far down to keep a good amount of rain off you. They have a neat attachment system that connects to the same bolt your rim brakes mount to. So if you are comfortable taking those off then you should be good to install these. I had a bike ship install them the first time but I just popped the replacement on when I broke the rear one and didn't have to replace the mount.

If you want to take them off then they aren't too much of a struggle. You can angle the mounting stubs on the wheels away and it doesn't take a long time to take on or off.

Basically:

Great rain coverage
Not too crazy to install but will take a little time if you know how.
Not too heavy (I'm not picky about weight but these are pretty light).;

Awesome product. I am using it on my Specialized Allez for wet conditions. Easy to take on and off after the mounts are on.;
