SKS Beavertail Universal 26" and 28" Fender Set Allround Snap-On Mudguard

Nice product but doesn’t fit. Rear fender mount is vertical where my bikes mount area needs horizontal. Would be nice to have optional brackets that mount either way.
Also to return these you have to pay for shipping and the cheapest shipping is $58. Two sets of fenders cost me about $60 so I’m now out the $60 and have two sets of fenders I can’t use. Doesn’t make sense as an Amazon prime member.;

They look pretty good and are easy to install but there really flimsy and bounce around and vibrant abit. These should sell gir a lot less money.;

I was positive surprised when the fenders fit perfect for my fat tires. Now these are "only" 27.5x3 ergo not very wide. The fenders are stable and work very well.;

I mounted these on a bike with 700c tires and there was plenty of clearance. Luckily my bike has pre-drilled mounting holes on the rear frame and the front fork where you would typically find the anchor point for traditional rim brakes (mine has disc brakes). If you have rim brakes the mounting brackets for these fenders should fit between the brakes and the frame or fork. The plastic is sturdy and flexible so I'm confident that they won't snap if I drop the bike or happen to hit something. Overall I like the look fit and finish so great job SKS on making a great set of fenders available to us at a reasonable price!;
