IÔøΩm evaluating this product as a chain lube because for that use itÔøΩs priced comparatively to other lubes that I use such as Nix Rock N Roll and Lilly. In my first test I degreased the chain on my gravel bike with Zep Orange and applied the Prestacyle liberally. It has a creamy consistency so it goes on very easily and without mess.In fact itÔøΩs the least messy lube IÔøΩve ever used. It also has a pleasant minty smell like toothpaste in scent and consistency. After applying it I then wiped off the excess lube with a rag. Afterwards I rode 40 miles each day for the next two days in dry conditions on dirt roads doubletrack chunky gravel grass and a tiny bit of mud. No pavement. My drivetrain didnÔøΩt stay clean but none of my lubes would have kept my drivetrain looking clean after this type of use. WhatÔøΩs important is that my shifting was flawless and quiet. I had no issues and was quite pleased. After that I again degreased my chain and applied the Prestacycle liquid. This time I really wiped off the excess. I then went and rode my bike 50 miles in similar conditions. Again it performed great. After this ride I didnÔøΩt degrease my chain. Instead I applied the liquid liberally to my chain and used it to clean my chain. It didnÔøΩt clean my chain like a real degreaser like Zepp would but it worked similarly to Rock N Roll and Lilly lube in that it cleans and lubes at the same time. My drivetrain looked great after this ÔøΩquick cleanÔøΩ so I then once again went out and put 50 miles on it under dry dusty conditions and it was perfect. I need to try Prestacyle One in wet conditions but so far on dry gravel roads IÔøΩm extremely impressed. IÔøΩve had good results with Lilly Lube and Rock N Roll Gold on my gravel and mtb but IÔøΩm considering making Prestacycle One my go to lube. What gives it an edge is the consistency which makes for a clean and easy application compared to the others. ItÔøΩs also a plus that itÔøΩs all natural and has a great scent. If it came down slightly in price itÔøΩd be a lock over those other lubes. I should mention that I also tried this product as a cable lube and a frame polish and it worked good for both those things. It made my frame sparkle and the thicker consistently made it easy to work with on cables. But for the price I prefer other products that are less expensive and work just as good for these purposes.

The stuff is good and nicely between running and thick. It sticks to places you need to apply to. The nozzle is not the best to ensure application into tight places. It is the old fashion stuff.
