I hesitated because this is really too much coin for what this is but after I read a ton of reviews saying this was the best I ordered it to remedy a sliding seat post in a carbon frame. It definitely resolved that and allowed for using the recommended torque. Before this stuff my post would slide down after heavy bashing when set to recommended torque.;
