These are key for keeping your face clear during hard indoor rides. I keep 2 or 3 handy to swap out despite keeping the room at 56F and running a fan. Outside I won't ride without one either;

In my 30+ years wearing sweat bands caps bandanas towels etc to avoid sweat in my eyes this is the first band that actually works! No one drop of sweat in my eyes. I do not know anybody who sweats as excessively as I do; my problem has always been the sweat in my eyes. After wearing this band for the very first time on a 2 hour bike climb I ended up wondering why I did not know about this band 30 years ago. Literally a life changer!

I just hope the rubber band that does the trick stays in place for many more rides.;
