Garneau Request Promax Shorts - Black, Small, Junior Boy's

It's not easy to find good paaed mtb shorts for a 10 year old. These are not bad and the price not bad as well;

Louis Garneau makes quality cycling and triathlon apparel. My son is small for his age and I've been searching for cycling shorts that fit him. Took a chance on ordering the medium junior size based on other product comments and they are fantastic!;

I bought these for my two kids small for the 7 year old and xs for the 5 year old. They’re a little big in the legs but otherwise fit well - both kids are in the 40-50th percentile for weight & 50-60th for height so pretty average. Both have worn these for several hour rides with no complaining so I’m happy. The chamois is great - not some piece of felt like other junior shorts.
My son gave some negative feedback yesterday that inspired this review. “It’s hard to scratch your butt but you can still scratch the side”. You’ve been warned.;

my 10 year old is training for a 45 mile ride and these have helped him immensely with a more comfortable ride.;
