          Worked well until just recently. I usually get a year out of a cassette. This cassette did wear out faster than a Sram GX. I will miss the wide gear range but am going back to Sram.;

          Absolutely love it. Was having trouble on the steep climbs as well as being left behind in the long straight downs feeling like a Hampster on a wheel. I ride a 2018 specialized Enduro with 3,000 miles on it and it came with a 10/42 with a 28 chainring. When installing nrw cassette I also put on a 12 speed chain as well as a new shifter cable... "Thats all" shifting is a little diffrrent from stock and took a couple of days to get used too. But in the overall performance I have to give it 5 star's. I have also racked up several KOM's since the change 6 weeks ago!!!👍👍;

          I wanted to upgrade an older SRAM that would have required changing out a lot of components to get to Eagle level. This is an easy and quick upgrade at half the price of the Eagle cassette alone. I've had it for several months and haven't had any issues and I love the increased range on both ends. I didn't feel like I needed to go 1x12 because of this cassette.;

          I’ve put over 650 miles on the E13 11 Speed Cassette, and didn’t want to write a review until I could truly evaluate the shifting, longevity, etc.*** I fully recommend this company and cassette. The shifting has been great, and I have not had any longevity issues. As noted below, my customer service experience was first rate.*** Think of this: You can upgrade an 11 speed to 12 speed range for a little more than $200. The E13’s weight is closer to the XO1 Eagle, but it’s price is inline with the GX Eagle. (I have not verified weight on any of these cassettes, they are what is listed by the manufacturer.)*** The E13 weighs 339 grams. The XO1 is 39 grams lighter, but the GX is 150 grams heavier, yet the GX and E13 cost almost exactly the same.More to the point, with the Eagle, you have to upgrade other components. With the E13, just trade out the cassette and you are DONE!*** A couple other considerations: 1. I did have an issue with an older E13 cassette, but E13 indicated they had a manufacturing issue with a certain lot number (mine was in that number), so they sent me a new cassette at no cost. They stand behind their product, and they were engaged on my issue. 10 out of 10 stars for customer support. 2. I did have a small shifting issue at 500 miles, but the issue was NOT the cassette. First, I replaced the chain, but there was STILL an issue. Took it to the bike shop and they identified that my shifter cable was frayed. As soon they fixed that, the shifting was flawless. As with any cassette, normal maintenance is all that is needed for good shifting (keep the gears clean, don’t let the chain wear out, etc).*** Very happy with the E13 cassette and recommend it to all my 11 speed friends!;
