These are good bags. I use two. I have one for a set of 29in MTB wheels and one for 700c wheels. I have tires on both sets in the bags and they both have cassettes installed. With that there is not room for a third wheel. I’m Ok with that since I use these for a spare set. I do think if you removed the cassette. you could definitely get a third wheel in the bag. Like other DT Swiss products I have used this is a good solid product for the price.;

Got these for my handcycle. Same as I could buy at online stores that deal in handcycles for half the price. Well worth it;

Hate to rate it three stars having not yet put 3 wheels in it but it fits my gravel bike wheels snugly and those will be the biggest in there. Not sure about a 29er mtb wheel setup.;
