The platform of these pedals is wider than most by 5 to 10mm but they sit really close to the crank arm so if wider stance is what your after look at Specialized. The grip is good but I still wish they were wider.

I ordered these pedals to go with my new mountain bike. They look awesome they are solid and not too heavy. They keep my feet planted nicely and I have not slipped off. They have a high-end look to them.

The downside is that the little screws on them that give them such a great grip comes with some issues. I have torn my shoes (they are not bike shoes) up. I have also cut open my leg on them. They are very sharp and if the pedal strikes your legs you will be cut open.;

Perfect width for my size 12 Five Ten DLXÔøΩs. Solid pedal well constructed and well worth it. Strikes wreaked havoc on my polymer Chesters but these are holding up well. SOLID and light weight..
