The Saris M2 smart bike trainer is capable of replicating any workout thrown its way, up to 1500 watts and a 15% climbing grade. Simply connect to your indoor cycling application of choice via integrated dual-band ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth, and let the M2s electromagnetic response system do the rest. With integrated speed, cadence and power data, you can track and record performance data without extra external sensors.

          Gave this as a Christmas gift so my son could continue his biking indoors. He loves it and just did 40 km yesterday while it was freezing and windy outside. Said it was easy to set up and he needed to buy a dongle connection to work with his tv. Good investment for a serious rider to stay in shape.;

          I absolutely love this trainer. There are couple things to watch out for such as the torque know on my model does not work so I just tighten it up 3 full turns and everything's is good. Also on zwift the cadence sensor didn't automatically sync up like the speed and power did but no biggie. If you want a wheel on trainer its hard to beat this as it can replicate 15% grades very realistically and can output more wattage than any other wheel on trainer.;

          Easy to assemble and easy to use! Within a matter of minutes I was biking with my on-line program. There is a slight delay on ascents and descents, but nothing to complain about. So far, so good!;

          Submitted issue to Saris with relevant pictures and within 3 days they directly sent a new frame, no questions asked. I stick to 3 stars since the issue should not exist in first place and I am concerned that the new frame, if engineered and manufactured the same way. Progress in how diligent and easy going the customer service is. Email and relevant pictures seem to help (but pictures of a noise or calibration issues are really hard to get...)

          For months now I have been riding very regularly, with a HT tire (either from Tacx or from Decathlon) and kept getting flats with tires getting completely destroyed. After discussing with my bike guys at Decathlon in SF, he told me that there must something wrong with the setup as I was the only one who kept getting these flats. I remembered folks posting on forum about their frame bending because of the know not functioning and of realizing after helping a friend setup his brand new M2 unit that his rolldown time was 0.4s longer than mine, so a solid 40%! I dismantled my unit and realized that, alas, the frame was indeed bent, and so is the L shape screw. While the click system always did function on my unit, a common complaint when you read review, it just seems like the metal that the frame and the bold are made of is simply way too soft...I know I have a completely bent frame and a system that I won't use the click for anymore, and just will do what folks do on Wahoo trainers, 2 full turns after the tire is in contact. Worth mentioning that I have been RELIGIOUS about ALWAYS inflating at 110 PSI exactly and calibrating before each ride. On that topic, worth mentioning that the app and the calibration tool recently got better, making it much easier to calibrate for most average users. The pics will give you a sense for how bad it is... and the unit is 15 months old...So overall, made in Wisconsin, but poorly made

          Received new resistance unit from Saris. Works much better and my power number now make sense. Thanks Saris, wish I had not lost a week with the back and forth but I am glad my trainer is now functional again

          Customer support in denial. Trainer power measurement is messed up. 10 seconds at full power and I get an astonishing 250W....Asking the firm to send me a new product. Disappointed by their process and approach to trouble shooting so far. Should have bought a Wahoo...

          User manual is from a different version making a few things more complicated than they should
          Wear and tear on tires is very significant, so make sure you purchase a specific indoor trainer tire
          Experiencing massive issues with resistance for the past week - Troubleshot to the best of my capabilities (Windows Update, indoor cycling app updates + re install + trainer firmware update) and still cannot get this to work again the way it was.
          It has gotten so ridiculous that I cannot even ride between 32 and 40 km/h for calibration test on Rouvy given how hard the resistance is
          Phone support prompt ("press 2 for customer service") does not function (press any number and nothing happens) and I still have not received any reply to my email (outside of the generic we are processing this request one)

          Will update later when I have interacted with Customer Service and we will see how they deal with this. I will request a new unit being sent.;
