Origin8 Dual Sport SPD Single Clipless 9/16" Chromoly Spindle Alloy Body Black

A friend gave me a pair of these and in two rides i hated them.

1) In my first ride using running shoes more than half the screw in studs fell out. I accept some fault for not MAKING SURE THEY WERE TIGHT but i think it's rather unacceptable for themnto fall out during casual use.

2) Shimano cleats ( these are compatible) are VERY DIFFICULT TO UNCLIP!!. Even on easiest setting where the pedal rattles i have to twist so hard the glass fiber reinforced nylon plate the cleat attaches to FLEXES.( and ankles are SORE from trying to unclip.) I've been using clipless pedals over 20 years and these are definitely NOT SAFE to use ( FROM MY EXPERIENCE.);

Great Quality more than i expected versatile I can use my Shimano MTB spd shoes or any casual shoes and this pedal will grip. Great for any bikes from road commuter single speed hybrid e bike enduro/freeride/MTB. You have the best of both worlds. It is adjustable spd tension.

I love the hybrid pedals! Sometimes I just feel like riding my bike with just regular shoes and with just a flip easy to change. I have rode the clip side for 100 miles since I got it. Great quality for sure. Enough that I got a second pair for my spare road bike.;

These peddles were easy to install easy to lock my mountain bike shoes into highly recommend.;

Very versatile whether I want to clip in or not!;
