Casi un litro de aceite Gold (el nuevo) de Fox máxima calidad para tu horquilla. Yo realizo el mantenimiento cada 2 años ya que uso poco la de montaña (1000 km al año) no me importa gastar un poco más en el mejor aceite y alargar un poco su vida y tardar más en hacer el mantenimiento. Creo que el envase de un litro sale a cuenta a poco que hagas 4 o 5 mantenimiento durante unos pocos años sobretodo si tienes más de una bici o lo compartes con algún compañero el precio es mucho más justo.;

What can I say? Its fork oil for much less than you'de pay at the bike shop. Kind of a no brainer.
