It was a pretty dramatic change from my traditional pair of cross bars but after about a week and 150 or so miles I wont be going back. Much more comfortable. More stable off road at speed and confidence inspiring. I really am happy with this purchase and suggest these bars to all riders looking to get a bit out of control on their mixed use road bike.
