All of the Shimano Di2 use the same Junction boxes. At the time of this writing you can use the A (3 connector) or B (5 connector for connecting TT bar shift switches) There is also a handlebar end Junction Box which would also work but it needs handlebars with enough space to put the wiring inside and exits for the wiring. And it will not work on a lot of integrated bars/stems.;

Excellent product!;

This was exactly what I was expecting but unfortunately the Cannondale headset spacer with the flashing lights was blocked by the junction box once I mounted it so I lazily opted to just leave my junction box sort of floating above my brake lines. It's sloppy and lazy but so far it hasn't caused any problems.;
