I've tried multiple highly recommended grips (Ergons Death Grips Race Face ODI Vans) and always swore by Ergon grips but these are great and I don't plan on switching them out. The checkerboard pattern has a unique yet satisfying feeling when gripped tightly you can feel your fingers dig into the grooves even with gloves. I think it's a great balance between responsiveness and comfort thin yet plush. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a good balance between the benefits of raw tacky grips and cushioned ones. Single clamp is a plus
