Purchased large bulk container to use to refill my small container carry in cycling jersey packet. It provides me with quick boost of energy when riding long distances between refuel stops. I do carry variety of energy snack items but this adds that quick burst to get you going again.;

will stick with Gu. Not that great tasting and a pain to get in into the serving flask as once it is opened it needs to be refrigerated and then it gets thick.;
