最初は固くてハマりにくかったけど2、3度繰り返したらハマりやすくなった。
かといって漕いでる際にハズレるとかはないのでいいと思います。;

I swapped from Time Pedals to these and took a little while to warm to them. On the turbo trainer, they don't make much sense having four sides of entry, but outside they are fabulous. Very easy to use, with good release tension. Perfect for beginners or more advanced riders, with nice support for shoes that are not fully rigid.
It is also possible to get a full rebuild kit including all bearings and bushings, which sadly SRAM (who now own Time Pedals) could not offer on my pedals, hence why I changed to these.;
