Green Guru Commuter Roll Top Backpack Black 17x11.5x5.5`

My 8 year old doesn't appreciate the monochrome black so I bought a bunch of butterfly and unicorn embroidered patches and hot glued them on. She still isn't sold but the bag holds her laptop and school junk with ease. The straps are much better than her old cheapy backpack too.;

Admittedly I bought this almost solely because it was made in the States. It’s a little larger than I expected (I travel frequently and it’s about as big as I’d want to try and get under an airliner seat) and the interior is just one huge pocket but it’s well built with good stitching and thicker feeling material than you see on cheaper bags. The lack of interior subdivision is my only complaint but in the grand scheme it’s a minor complaint and I’m very happy with the bag and expect it’ll hold up well long term.;

So happy with this bag super sturdy & you can carry so much stuff in it and it stays comfy- the straps do NOT cut into your shoulders. I especially love that no part of their production is outsourced so it is all American-made. I absolutely love the fact that the bag is made to be functional with recycled parts that were once functional for adventure. It kind of reiterates the fact that everything comes full circle and it inspired me to be more conscience of what I throw away (to sit forever in a landfill). The design of the bag- all the way down to the strong velcro & extra loops to hold my belongings during hikes and bike rides makes it a necessity- I don't leave home without it! Looking forward to see what they come up with next.;
