Inaccurate description. No headset lock. You get what’s on the picture. Otherwise pretty good. Long skewers fit my hybrid bike without an issue. Seatpost lock worked well with one shim. I went to Pinhead directly and ordered the headset lock coded to my key. The City Lock is pretty small. You will only be able to grab the frame or rear tire (Sheldon Brown method) but not both. Some reviewers have claimed that it is resistant to bolt cutters due to its size (14mm by 40mm) but I have no clue about that. I hope they are correct. Not much is known about this lock. It is not clear what it is made of. Pinhead is kind of mute about it. Is it resistant to twist attacks? Is it resistant to angle grinders? On line searches show nothing. I have been using it in NYC for about a week and my bike has survived from dawn until dusk so far. But I also use a Sold Secure Gold rated chain for added security. I have to admit other bikes next to mine survive with just a U lock which means no one with an angle grinder has shown up yet. All I can say is I have high hopes for this lock.;

Definitely does not include the headset lock and the 2nd key is not a bottle opener. Picture shows city lock ultimate pack what you receive is some discontinued set that includes the following:
Front and rear skewer locks
Seatpost lock with shims
City lock rigid oval with mounting bracket (not a chain pinhead doesnt sell chains)
2 keys (1 bottle opener 1 with sliding T handle)
Instruction/product booklet

I think the set is a good value for the money but the picture and description is inaccurate. I read other reviews and expected not to get the headset lock but I have to ding my review for the inaccuracies. The city lock itself seems too light to stop any dedicated thief but it is made of metal with the sheath so its a good lock for short stops.
The value is great if you check the manufacturers website the city lock ultimate pack sells for $159 and the headset lock sells for $29.99 so youre saving $34 buying this set and then key match ordering the headset from the pinhead website.
One thing I noticed that is ironic/worrisome is that there are warnings in the booklet for every pinhead locking nut product telling you to check tightness on everything before riding because theres a risk of it falling off lol. I think this is just a legal disclaimer but if it can just loosen and fall off on its own how is it going to protect your bike parts from a band of thieves?;

I love the security they provide (especially in the den of bike thieves that is Anchorage AK) After about a month I still have my rather spendy e-bike and all of it's essential parts... but they get really low marks for ease of use. Note: You will also have to go factory-direct (Canada) if you want matching locks for other components.;
