Good quality phone grip but lack of help from spare parts department when something goes wrong.
I received very limited help with two inquiries and my local bike store is still waiting for a replacement for the
silicon band which snapped off while riding.;

Just as described. Better than others I have used before because you can grip objects based on their thickness. But some people may not like the top and bottom holding arms sticking out all the time.;
