Used to fit the Vis 360 on my helmet. It grips well and holds it in place but is a little clunky on the helmet. Works great as a headband unit though.;

Now I can use my extra bright Vis 360+ while running. With the days getting shorter this will be well used come spring time. The size of the band is fairly wide to the point that it wouldn't really fit well over a ball cap. It can adjust from head to helmet easily as well. It's a good augmentation for the Vis 360 series lights so good that I would have paid more for the light if this came as a package deal.;
