The bell itself works nicely (though the ringer stick is a tad flimsy) and it has a happy face to remind me not to get too irritated with idiotic pedestrians while I'm out biking. However it barely fits my handlebars. I had to stick it in a most awkward spot and it's not easy for me to ring it without moving my entire hand out of position (so it cannot support my weight in case that became necessary). Finally when over-tightened this bell rings whenever I hit the smallest bump. It's incredibly easy to over-tighten it especially as it works its way loose if you don't screw it tightly enough on the top. This means that on some rides I'm constantly adjusting the bell which I find annoying. Still for the price and usability I suppose it's a good purchase.;
