Works with deore 10sp derailleur. Shifts great once adjusted. It doesnt have a gear indicator so it’s more compact than the other models;

This uses the Shimano Dyna-Sys shifting mechanism which has a different pull ratio compared to non-Dyna-Sys Shifters that are 9spd and below.

My rear derailleur is a M6000-RD Deore 10spd and I tried to use a M4000 Shifter to shift it with no luck as the pull was insufficienct.

The M6000 Shifter was out of stock here on Amazon but the Zee was cheaper and is practically identical.

Now the Shimano Zee is shifting the M6000-RD and I no longer have any shifting issues! Great shifter and worth every penny.;
