Thule TopRide Roof Mount Bike Carrier - Fork Mount, QR/Thru Axle

I've tried three other roof racks over the years and this one is by far the one that has given me the most peace of mind and satisfaction. No need to check on whether the screws are still tight or the suction cups still airtight even on long distances. This roof rack is rock solid. Nothing is going to fly away or get loose. The locking mechanism securing the front axle engages with a satisfying "Click" and the green tab that appears on the lock down handle gives you an extra guarantee. The roof rack itself mounts surprisingly quickly. The product is made in Poland and its finish definitely superior compared to stuff that comes from Asia. IMO this is a superior product.;

The Thule TopRide the Black carrier is super minimal and simple. Easy setup and easy mounting of bikes. I feel super confident mounting all my bikes on this thing. No issue at all. I have zero complaints yet either. Don't think ill ever have any actually. The build quality is exceptional.;

This bike rack is pretty hefty but it holds my bike very securely. I like the changes to the design over the years... I have an older Thule bike rack that is similar to this and appreciate the design upgrades (especially the lock that lets you know the bike is secure).

Setting this up initially takes getting the right pieces for my bike's wheel hub. Once that is done everything is simple.

Overall... an easy to use bike rack for the roof that works really well.

Hardest part about the roof rack is that you have to lift the bike up but otherwise this is a great safe and secure roof bike rack from Thule.

PROS:
Easy install or either side of the car.
Quick release level makes it easy to get on and off without wrestling with many parts to put on or off.
Love the quick mount and visual indicator that lets you know the bike is secure.
AcuTight Thule torque limiter is awesome and assures securing bike and it will not move.
Wheel strap holds back wheel so it doesn't spin.
Holds most thru axle bikes

CONS:
It does have a intergraded locking system so you can't steel the bike or the rack off the car... but those locks are sold separately (which I think should be included as you need those or the rack is pointless really).

Overall we love this rack and will be purchases a second so we have two on the roof for two bikes. It's great that it's so secure once you purchase the locks.

This Thule TopRide is a well made well built rack. It is a fork mounted rack that can hold both quick release and thru-axle bikes. It was very easy to assemble and install. It mounts to either Thule racks or factory racks. I like that is easy to lock in my bike - the rear strap is solid and clicks into place and the front shoes green when locked. This is well built rack that is very easy and convenient to use.;
