The right reach for 27” to 700c conversion. Easily fits 1977 Schwinn Traveler.;

Replaced my 40 year old center pull brakes with the caliper brakes and they work great. Nutted style easily fit into my old Schwinn World Sport.;

Easy to install and setup. I replaced a set of original Dia Comp 610/750 center pull brakes on my '71 Schwinn Super Sport and I could really tell the difference in stopping power.

I was a little worried about the rear wheel brake clearance but these had plenty of room to spare even with 700c wheels.;

Being fairly handy - but a novice at changing brakes - on my old 5-speed Schwinn Suburban I came away pleased with this purchase. Arms provided clearance for fenders and adequate reach to adjust pads to wheel rims. Mounting bolts on the nutted version were truly more than adequate length to make the swap. Instructions are clear. I found it easiest to make initial brake adjustment by using a small light weight carpenter's clamp with plastic pads to hold the arms/pads against the wheel rims when first tightening cable clamp. Easy to adjust toe-in brake alignment and final centering to wheel rim. Being used to sloppy brakes these puppies darned near put me over the handlebars when I squeezed on the front brake the first time.;
