The Evelo Aurora Ltd is a challenging application for this phone holder given the varying curves and tapers of the handle bars. In addition the Samsung 9+ is clearly at the upper size limit of this unit. With simple adjustments I was able to get this unit to work in two different locations.

In getting the clamping mechanism to remain rigid I found the rubber gaskets included with the unit to be too narrow to survive the vibrations of a vigorous trail ride. A 2X wrapping of duct tape 25mm wide provides just enough extra width & grip such that the Minoura Phone grip remains stable.

Fitting the phone into the unit was expected to be a challenge. The width and thickness measurements of the Samsung 9+ phone in its Otterbox protective case is within specs but the height dimension is 1mm over. Given the case has some compressive "give" I assumed I could stretch this limit. By removing the parting line flash on the upper and lower grips and in the adjustment groove (using a bit of sandpaper and a dremel tool) provided sufficient clearance for a fully snug fit. The grip points avoid the side buttons for power volume up/down and even the Bixby button!

I can easily use Google Map or the Alltrails App while I ride to track my progress. Don't plan on texting or making finite selections on your mounted phone. The natural vibrations and bumps in the road won't allow for that (not that you should be distracted by such things while biking!)

One final thought that is specific to this phone combination. The upper bracket partially blocks the lens of the rear camera ... if one could order a modified bracket with appropriate clearance in this area it would add value for recording while biking.;

I can attach this to my bike without any problem. The product looks good I didn't use it seriously yet but I feel that it's going to work fine. The only drawback is about the handler on the left-right side. Make sure that your phone's on-off button in not on the side-center. In my case Sony xperia z4 has the button on the center of the right side so I have to adjust the upper/lower leg in order to fit the phone.;
