Sunrace RD-M10 Rear Derailleur Friction Long

I'm pretty new to working on bikes so when I placed the order for the part I expected it to come as depicted throughout the ordering process (see photo 1). However much to my dismay it was only after receiving the part and seeing that there was no derailleur hanger present in the package that I went to review the order only to find the words "Does not include derailleur hanger" in the text with a neat little picture of the product without the hanger present (photo 2). When the link on the product is clicked however it takes you right back to the picture of the unit with the hanger on. Unfortunately for me the hanger is as vital to the project as the derailleur itself which will be its own separate purchase that will bump the price 70% over what I had anticipated and more wait time to finish. As a consumer I can appreciate when there are written terms of exclusion but when the picture of the product is not accurately reflected until the unit is purchased it feels like it is done in a sense of deliberation to take advantage of the unwary. I'm sure the actual mechanism is probably adequate which is why I'm giving the 3 star review; perhaps I could have given the product a more thorough review if only I had the means to utilize it.;
