The lock is nice and not too heavy for its size. The mount has already broke though.;

The lock is so tight that I had to call customer service they got back to me a week later. Called a locksmith and he talked me through opening the lock. You have to hold the sides in as you move the number tumblers.;

This is a pretty sturdy bike lock. It is not light but also not too heavy. You want a bike lock that will deter thieves. This one will do that.;

I got this because I had another Onguard lock that was very smooth and easy to use. I was replacing a lock that was sticking and jamming. This one is NOT smooth and when twisted a little I can't turn the lock numbers. So when unlocking I always have to pull it into the position where the numbers turn.;
