If you have wider feet buying the next size up is not the solution. The shoes are still too narrow I tried this option.
I would not recommend this product for riding your mountain bike in the rough if you have wider feet.;

These aren't much better than a pair of vans for mountain biking. The soles are super flimsy and do not have the stiff support necessary for general trail riding. There isn't any toe and feet protection whatsoever. These are a great option for dirt jumping but you'd be better off going with free riders and similar options for general trail riding.;
