I bought this basket with high hopes and I used it grocery shopping but within two days one end of the handle came loose. In addition the basket is too tall. I can't lift my leg over it to get on and off the bike something I didn't realize when I ordered it. It would work with a step-through bike. I have requested a return but the seller has not responded after more than ten days.

Shortly after I submitted this review my return was approved. So the problem was resolved.;
