The lock mounts easily on the bike frame. The instructions are easy to follow on setting the combination. It would be much easier to use if it were longer. It is difficult to place it around the bike frame and around another object of any significant diameter. Wish that it came in a longer length. I would get that and give it 6 stars on a 5 star review.;

Broken after approx 6 uses, the locking mechanism fell apart with casual use. I submitted a warranty claim via the Kryptonite website, received a note back within ~3 weeks, and I received my replacement lock exactly 30 days after submitting the claim. I am fairly happy with this customer service and I will give this lock another shot.;
