Incredibell Xl Bell Black Bike Bicycle Bikes Safety Larger Louder

I commute daily on my ebike mostly on bike trails so a nice loud bell to warn pedestrians is key. I had a smaller incredibell for 15 years and loved it. I just replaced it with this large one and love it even more. The simple spring mechanism lasts forever. Most importantly mechanism swivels 360 degrees so it can be used on the left handlebar where it is out of the way of the shifters and rear brake that often crowd the right side.;

Disappointed the screw is too short to install the bell over my 26mm handlebar next to the stem. Will need to find another screw. This bell won't be installed today.;

The bell looks nice if you want a black match for the bears. I find the bell ringer a little awkward to locate while cycling as it requires a thumb flick requiring the rider to focus on the bell (could be hazardous). Rather than the more pleasant ding-a-ling with more conventional bells this one gives a single shrill "....ping!" Not a very pleasant sound and rather hard on the ears.;
