Little iffy on the assembly to ensure that we could fit both bikes on it safely. It seems sturdy but time will tell as we will be removing and hanging the bikes several times per week. Will let you know how it works out long term;

I’ve made a point of coming on Amazon to leave this review. I actually bought this Velo Column rack from REI and unfortunately it was missing a small piece for one of the arms. I contacted the Feedback Sports customer service team via email on their website and within 20 minutes they had responded and shipped me out the replacement parts no questions asked.

The bike rack it’s self blows my old one away. It’s light weight but ultra sturdy and very stylish. The extra $ is most certainly worth it. And aesthetically the others are an eyesore compared to the smooth black curves of this one. If I have to see it in my garage every day when I park my car this was important.

I will most certainly buy more products from Feedback Sports in the future. Customer service this good has been lost and it’s refreshing to see this company putting customers first.;
