Delta HexAir Saddle Cover - Racing, Green Super Flexible, Stretchy Silicone

I like the way it grabs strechs around your seat without cords looking clean. But it adds no cushion -I am ok with that. Also it is not sturdy enough look at the front after 5 months ( I bought it at REI). At $20 it is ok at $30 you may want to buy a new seat instead. I am buying a second one for $20.

The look is great and awesome but can't say the same for thr ease of use. It's difficult to slide with bike shorts and may still need a little bit of cushion to make it awesome for me.

So I don't bike as much as I used and also as I am getting older am looking for a little more comfort. This seat cover works pretty well. You have to be realistic though. It does blunt the small bumps and vibrations surprisingly well. To be honest I am surprised the cover fits so well and doesn't move at all on the seat. The surface is grippy enough that your butt doesn't slip. Don't expect miracles but this seat cover makes my existing seat much more comfortable and for me gives me no reason to get a new seat especially since i like my seat. I would recommend it if you want more comfort than a gel chamois can offer but don't want to switch to a "comfort" seat.

I put this on my hardtail for a bit of extra squish. It makes chamois optional which is great because I prefer to wear shorts without the padding. Easy on and off so it also makes a great cover for traveling on the car in the rain. I got the race one for smaller saddles and it fits my Ergon S/M saddle well and should work on any similar sized saddle. Nice work Delta.

My partner and I both ride our Peloton bike and while I like a softer seat they like a hard seat so we have changed out the original extra soft Peloton seat to a hard one and have been looking for a simple solution to add some cushion to the this seat for only when I ride. Came across this hexAir Saddle Cover and felt the price was quite reasonable to give it a try. We have used it for a few weeks on many rides and it works perfect for us. First off it is easy to install or remove in seconds by quickly slipping over the seat. But even with the easy installation it doesn't move around in use or come off on it's own it just says put. It has a nice material/texture that provides just the right amount of grip on the seat so that you are not sliding around but also not too gripy as my shorts don't stick to it. We got the "Racing" shape model and it provides a noticeable amount of cushion yet not so much that it is too soft and squishy. My partner who likes the harder saddle for shorter rides has started to use this cushion cover on their longer 90 min rides and is much more comfortable. Overall this is a perfect product for us at a very good price and we anticipate using it regularly.
