Shipping problems

In small towns like where I live we don’t get mail delivery. I had my house as the delivery address but shipper used the cheapest delivery cost possible so my package was dropped off at our local post office. Took two hours out of my day to convince the guy at the post office to hunt for it. Finally found it only because they I informed them. Otherwise the post office just sends it back to where it came from. I just expected that it would come to my house. This practice of not delivering to the address on the order has got to be fixed

This is a replacement for the original that came with my Riese & Muller ebike that I have lost or misplaced. One feature that I'd like for it to have would be like "find my phone" for Apple devices. Other than that it's an onboard bike computer--neat!
